Every one of these firms has a number in its contracts already: a block, a cap, a ceiling, a guarantee, a package. Each page shows that number, the hour that crosses it, the invoice that follows, and what people in that field say about it.

Two hundred thousand people. One ledger.
The giants keep a finance department between the timesheet and the invoice. A firm of twelve runs the same business on a spreadsheet, and the owner is the finance department. Ceed holds the rule the department holds, for the practice inside a giant and for the firm of twelve. An hour that would cross a client’s budget waits for a decision, the invoice comes from the agreement, and the month closes and stays closed. Global consulting firms have their own page.
Questions. Answers.
Which firms is Ceed for?
Firms that sell their team’s time, two to fifty people. Nineteen kinds are on this page in five groups, from IT managed service providers to healthcare staffing agencies. Most of them sell a number of hours, a block, a cap or a guarantee, and the hour that would cross it is the one Ceed holds.
We bill fixed fees, not hours. Is Ceed for us?
Yes. The fee is fixed for the client. The hours behind it are the budget you sized it with, and Ceed keeps that number. The client sees the fee. You see the hours.
We are two people. Is that too small?
No. Ceed is for a firm from the day a second person logs an hour to its client. 0.1% of what you invoice, with no seats and no minimum, so a firm of two pays like a firm of two.
Does Ceed replace our practice management, PSA or project tool?
No. Your CRM, project tool, ticketing, chat and payroll provider stay where they are. Ceed is the record of hours and money they all work from.
Is Ceed for law firms?
Yes, for the retainer, the matter budget and the hours behind a flat fee. The trust ledger, LEDES e-billing and conflict checks stay in the practice management system. Law firms have their own page.
We are a practice inside a Big Four firm. Is Ceed for us?
Yes, for the practice’s own record. Hours count against each engagement’s budget by grade as they are logged. The hour that would cross one waits for the engagement partner, and contractors sit on the same record. The firm’s ledger, timesheet and billing stay where they are. Global consulting firms have their own page.
We coach athletes on monthly plans. Is Ceed for us?
Yes. Each athlete’s plan is a flat fee with the coach hours you priced behind it. Ceed keeps that number per athlete and per coach, and holds the hour that would cross it. Coaches have their own page.
